Shelby Stewart

Welcome! Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, I am an actor and singer based in

San Francisco.

As a character actress, you can often find me donning a variety of personalities, costumes, and wigs. My favorite roles include Regina in Rock of Ages, Ado Annie in Oklahoma, and Jady Jacqueline in Me and My Girl. During my time in California, I performed with numerous Bay Area theatre companies including the Jewel Theatre Company, Contra Costa Musical Theatre, Pacific Repertory Theatre, and many more.

Prior to the pandemic, I taught musical theatre to the next generation. I worked with Bay Area Children's Theatre for four years under TYA USA Board President Nina Meehan.

When off the stage, I lead a double life in corporate America! I spend my free time exploring San Francisco, trying new restaurants, and supporting the Bay Area's live theater scene.
